I have been a Principal and Director of Special Projects in the Margate Public Schools since 2000. Previously I was a supervisor in Galloway Township for two years where I coordinated both the Basic Skills and ESL programs as well as all activities requiring special revenue funding. Before that, I was the Supervisor of Humanities for four years at Clayton Middle/High School in Gloucester County where I was responsible for the curriculum, budget, and staffing in the language arts, world languages, and social studies areas.
I taught high school English in New Jersey and New York for 15 years in both Catholic and public schools. I was also a baseball and basketball coach during that time. Currently, I teach in Stockton's Alternate Route Program and was an adjunct professor in Georgian Court University's graduate program (administration).
I have a masters degree in secondary education from St. John's University and a masters in Administration and Curriculum Development from Georgian Court University in Lakewood. I have lived in Lacey Township in Ocean County since 1986.
